TT electronics integrated manufacturing services comprises 5 manufacturing sites located throughout the world. Individually and combined TT is able to offer a powerful electronics manufacturing resource with a local presence and a global capability.

Our major markets comprise Industrial, Defence, Aerospace, Medical, Telecommunications and Automotive and we provide manufacturing services to a range of blue chip companies.

Backed by our parent company, TT electronics integrated manufacturing services is able to provide a range of services and the levels of investment and stability usually associated with a Tier 1 EMS provider whilst retaining a local, engineering LED presence in the China to ensure a world class customer focussed service.

TT electronics′ Suzhou facility comprises 169, 000 sq ft of manufacturing and office space. There is a dedicated PCBA manufacturing plant complimented by Cable assembly, box build and system integration plant providing dedicated work cells and areas for bespoke test and manufacturing requirements.

A typical month at Suzhou will see around 300 different products being built ranging from simple single sided PTH PCBAs, complex double sided SMT based assemblies, mechanical sub-assemblies, fully built products in end user packaging through to complex rack based server products configured in terms of hardware and software for individual destinations. Volumes are in the range of 10 PCS to around 2, 000; The average batch size is 100-1000.
